Airport transfers for one to 500 people can be organised by the Newcastle Airport Information Services team. Whether you’re departing of arriving, the Information services team can book a transfer to meet any flight in or out of Newcastle Airport with options including; hire car, limousine, or door-to-door shuttle bus.

Coming from Sydney or the South? Follow the Pacific Motorway (M1)

Hunter Valley

Take the Newcastle Interchange exit and take the M15 (Hunter Expressway) and follow the M15 until you reach the Lovedale Road exit, the Wine Country Drive exit or the Hermitage Road exit.

Newcastle

take the Newcastle Interchange exit and take the Newcastle Link Road (A15); and follow the A15 until you reach the City CBD.

Port Stephens

At the end of the M1, take the third exit at the roundabout, following the sign ‘Hexham & Pacific Highway’.
The road will veer to the right and merge with the New England Highway (A43) after which you should merge to the left lane taking the sign ‘Taree & Pacific Highway (A1)’, which will direct you over the Hexham Bridge. Exit at the ‘Richardson Road - Raymond Terrace/Nelson Bay’ exit to get to Lemon Tree Passage, Soldiers Point, Nelson Bay, Corlette, Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay, One Mile Beach or Anna Bay.
You continue along Richardson Road, following the Nelson Bay signs, until you reach a roundabout. Then follow the signs to the destination of your choice!


Coming from the West?

Hunter Valley

Follow the Golden Highway (B84) until you reach the intersection of the New England Highway (A15), turn right onto the highway. Merge right at the dual carriageway and exit at Hermitage Road or continue along to the Hunter Expressway (M15) and take the Wine Country Drive (B82) exit. Either road will bring you into the heart of wine country.

Newcastle

Follow the Golden Highway (B84) until you reach the intersection of the New England Highway (A15). Turn right and continue along which then becomes the Hunter Expressway (M15). At the end of the Hunter Expressway this then becomes the Newcastle Link Road (A15) and follow all the way into the City.

Port Stephens

Follow the Golden Highway (B84) until you reach the intersection of the New England Highway (A15). Turn right and continue along which then becomes the Hunter Expressway (M15). Exit at ‘Buchanan – John Renshaw Drive (B68)’ and continue along until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit and follow the sign ‘Hexham & Pacific Highway’.

Coming from the North? Follow the Pacific Highway (A1)

Hunter Valley

Follow the Pacific Highway and over the Hexham Bridge at the Maitland Road/Pacific Highway intersection turn right and follow New England Highway (A43) / Pacific Highway (A43). Merge left and exit onto John Renshaw Drive (A1). At the roundabout take the second exit onto John Renshaw Drive (B68) and continue along until you reach the Hunter Expressway (M15) interchange. Exit onto the M15 and follow the until you reach the Lovedale Road exit, the Wine Country Drive exit or the Hermitage Road exit which will bring you into wine country.

Newcastle

Follow the Pacific Highway and over the Hexham Bridge at the Maitland Road/Pacific Highway intersection turn left and follow all the way into the City,
